Mr. Agam Gupta joined Share India Fincap Private Limited in 2014-15 after completing graduation from Delhi University with First Division. Currently he is holding the position of Executive Director in the company and heads operations of the company.

Mrs. Aastha Gupta joined the company in 2017-18 and currently holds the position of the CEO in the company. She has completed her graduation from Delhi University with Flying scores in 2014, completed CA-IPCC in 2015 and holds a Management degree in Finance and Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad.
She is the founder of Women entrepreneurship loan segment (MSMe) in the company. She is a tech enthusiast and strives for innovation of new products and processes. She sets a great example of women leadership in the overall growth of the company and the lead force behind the growth in a very short span of time. She has the ability to envisage future plans and turn them into reality.
He is the Banking professional with over 25 years of experience. Previous stints with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Yes Bank. Strengths include Credit Risk Management, People Management Skills, Domain Knowledge & Product development, Financial analysis & forecasting, Profitability studies, Budgeting and variance analysis. Currently managing the Share India group treasury function.

Dr. Alok Pattanayak is a highly seasoned professional with 23 years of expertise in Rural Financial Services, Livelihoods, and Development. His career has been marked by pivotal roles in organizations like BFIL, Asirvad Microfinance, Dvara KGFS, NABARD Financial Services, ICICI Bank, and Basix, where he excelled in micro-loans, small savings mobilization, and crossselling opportunities. His global outlook was enhanced through collaborations with international financial institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, The World Bank, and DFID. Dr. Alok played a vital role as a principal consultant in establishing Micro Banks in South African countries, notably Mozambique.
